A 40-year-old female presented with abdominal pain and fatigue for 1.5 months. An endoscopy revealed an ulceroproliferative growth involving the distal body, lesser curvature, incisura, and greater curvature of the stomach. A biopsy confirmed well-differentiated adenocarcinoma. A PET CT scan showed FDG avid diffuse ulceroproliferative mural thickening in the distal body, incisura, and proximal antrum of the stomach with a SUVmax of 7.6 and maximum wall thickening of 1.14 cm, but no evidence of other lesions. A tumor board discussion was held to determine the treatment plan.
