This document provides requirements for a report analyzing a company's code of ethics. The report must: 1) Analyze a chosen company's code of ethics in terms of corporate social responsibility, compliance with legal mandates, and developing an ethical culture. 2) Discuss factors an employee might consider before reporting unethical conduct and steps they could take internally or externally. 3) Analyze one advantage and disadvantage of paying whistleblowers under the False Claims Act or Dodd-Frank Act. 4) Discuss three culpability factors used to determine fines under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.
