EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The following information present in this business plan is based on actual facts and figure. However some of
the required information is based on future aspects. This is a project of newly established school which is
situated in RAWALPINDI. A clean and clear view of our business is present here including financing,
managing and other aspects. We have also shown the trends of our current and past education system that is
prevailing in our country and those are absolute actual figure. We have mentioned our competitors which are
solely for strategically purpose and have conducted the industry analysis of education sector for which we have
used some information of Pakistan education authority. Regulation authority has been described different set of
rules are organized and also our marketing plan which was our main goal for improving our education is
described.
The years of finance that has showed is just the show case we cannot really estimate what and how much
finance is needed for our future aspects but just showed because to see if it possible to start the business with
available finance.Further all the information present here is confidential so nothing should be leak out or
transferred to anyone.

1- Introduction:
The Business plan on which we are working is related to education sector, establishing the school with proper
available facilities. Basically, the main aim of this business plan is to make school in which we provide some
quality services to students. Beside education we will also promote some other activities.
The name of school which we have decided is GREEN MOTIVE SCHOOL SYSTEM. Basically the idea is
to give something fresh to the students in terms of knowledge, involving them to some activities like crafts
work, games, painting etc.
Besides involving our students to such programs we will also promote our Islamic value by educating right
paths.

Nature of Business:
So, it is service sector, providing modern educations to different levels of the students and also provides the
opportunity to the students for co-curricular activities.

Mission and Vision:
To provide modern knowledge with help of qualified teachers to rural and urban areas. And to become greatest
source of providing knowledge to students.

Product & Services:
Montessori Classes, Play group, English Medium, Science & Arts, Extra classes for the weak students.

2- Industry Analysis:
Following is the industry analysis of education sector.

Economic Trends:
Education is the key issue to improve living standards and to reduce social and income inequality. Different
Governments in Pakistan have taken numerous steps to improve the quality of education. According to the
Education Statistics of 2011-12 Shows that literacy rate was high in urban areas (74%) then the rural areas
(48%). Literacy rate in men are more the women's, as for men (69%) compared to women (45%). Province wise
literacy rate indicates, "Literacy rate in Punjab is (59 %), Sindh, (59%), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (50%) and
Balochistan at (45%)". Total adult literacy rate show the figure of 57%. Preโ€Primary Education is a vital
element of Early Childhood Education.

Technological Trends:
If we take an example of Pakistan, we still prevailing the same old method of studies. Even in these modern
days we didnโ€™t even allow our students to use the latest technology such as tablets, computer etc. But if we see

This internationally we came to know that they are using very possible way to educate them. For example

Political and Legal Trend:
Political instability has become a serious and threatening problem especially in developing and underdeveloped
countries. It is creating massive problems and hindering the development of these countries.
we want to talk about the leadership in education sector. We have no leadership whatsoever in education sector.
You can see the situation of budget allocation for education. Every year the sizes of education budget decreases
despite of increasing population. Pakistan spent 2.06% of its GDP on education which should be 5%

Explanation:
As seen above that there is continuous growth in the education sector. The above table shows the growth till
2009. But as you can see there is no declined in the number. So, we can say that we have strong future aspects
of growth in the education Industry.

Based on above table we came up with some f following points.

Beginning:
As we know that our school has just been started and showing the clear views our company profile. Our share is
low but we know that it can increase with the passage of time. Since we are new to this area so we are still
focusing on some other aspects.

Website:
As we have seen that our competitors have no such websites on which students can get information. So it is
complicate to see privacy policy of school which causes in less development of interest in parents. So we have
provided the website on which they can get the information. We know that our target class has no knowledge of
internet. We want to tell other areas of that region that this school has quality.

Registration and Affliations:
The school is affiliated with the federal board of intermediate and secondary education Islamabad and our
school is registered with the private education authority.

Qualified Staff:
Unlike other school all of them are not qualified according to requirement. But, green motive school staff is
highly qualified.

In marketing plan we have following things which are related to our project.

- Marketing Strategy:
It is important to the marketing strategy to develop an attractive image for the customer. This can be done in a
number of ways:
1. Participation in Expos. Another image-building marketing ploy is participating in expos. These show
houses are usually for the benefit. This would require time and effort, but not much in the way of
money.

Our website is an opportunity to offer current information on special events, students portal, announcements
and all the required information which needed by the customer.

Info:
The Green motive website will be initially developed with few technical resources. Host24 will host the site and
provide the technical back end. We will maintain a simple, classy, yet Internet focused site. The website logos
and graphics will be the same artwork found on business plan... As the website rolls out future development
such as newsletters and downloadable market research reports, a technical resource may need to be contracted

to build the traceable download and the newsletter capabilities. We will also look into pre-packaged solutions
through host24 and other Web hosting resources.

Facebook marketing will be our main concern. We will make the page and advertise on same area with targeted
marketing. As we know that Facebook marketing Is viral so we donโ€™t have to work any harder on that. And also
we will focus on printing marketing.

Identify location:
As we have selected Malali Haren Mera location which is a perfect location because it can be accessed by not
only Rawalpindi customers but also attracts lots of people from Islamabad as is located between it. We know
that by selecting this area we will get lots of opportunities further some points are discussed below.

1- Ability to attract both rural based students and also some of urban.

We will always give the priorities to our supplier. Thatโ€™s why we have selected our nearest necessary supplier
like stationery, papers etc. because can be needed anytime. So we will always keep the direct relation with our
customer since they are important part of our business process.

We are still focusing on this aspect since we are targeting most of local we donโ€™t need any transport facility for
this however we do focus on teachers transport which will be our main prioritiesz

As we know has every company has to face some problems, risks and managing their activities. We will try to
add DRR, regulatory arrangements to ensure provision and use of school safety equipment to deal with natural

and human induced emergency situations. Structural and nonstructural measures help ensuring school safety by
putting in place the necessary DRR legal and regulatory arrangements and providing an enabling environment
for their implementation.

There may be risk of competitors, government polices etc. These are discussed below

1- Potential Problems:
Competitors:
Competitors are our main problem. As we are located in the area where lots of other school are also in working
so it will be tough for us to gain our customer confidence.

Continuity of Good Teaching:
A school does have this continuity and the commitment but it can never succeed unless it also has the teaching
skills and knowledge.

Implementation of advance Knowledge:
It will be problem for us because we know that all students do not have equal level of mental level. So what will
happen when we impose some modern knowledge? Do they able to get what we are trying to teach or not.

Emergency Procedures:
What will be our course of action in case of emergency? The procedures for school that has preplanned and how
can we overcome if some new problems generates.

2- Obstacles and Risk:
Gradual Investing:
Since, we are investing each and every year for improving our school different aspects so we are taking risk
because we donโ€™t know the future just expecting that the growth will increase and our investment on green
motive school will help us to maintain high level of education.

Government policies:
Government and legal policies are already affected many education sector in Pakistan. Every day there is
change in law. We cannot work on current rules and regulation and other aspects said by our government but
to3only wait and see new policy.

Alternative course of Action:
We can only say that since all the above mentioned obstacles and risk can only be seen in future. Since the
government policies change we will try to adopt those new changes and also we also focus on our investment
policies in coming whether to invest or not.
And when we talk about problems we can say will hire some more professional teachers and will advise them
that these are our limitation and your responsibilities and you should work according to this and some other
aspects mentioned above.
