about the business plan and re-introduce the concept called business

WHAT IS A BUSINESS PLAN?
Without much ado what is really a business plan, in my country
there is local way of passing saying this. (WETIN BE BUSINESS
PLAN SEF) which means what is business plan?
To simplify the term, let me say that Business plan is the
combination of two powerful words, which are as follows
BUSINESS + PLAN= BUSINESS PLAN
Business is universally defined as follows:
1. A commercial activity

2. An organization or economic system where goods and services are
exchanged for one another or for money (According business
dictionary)
3. Some say is a profession or trade
4. According to https://www.merriam-
webster.com/dictionary/busines; defines business: the activity of
making, buying, or selling goods or providing services in exchange
for money
The general consensus from the aforementioned is that there must be an
exchange of money for a product or service for it to be regarded as
business
PLAN(definition)
As a Noun a plan is defined as follows:
1. A detailed proposal for doing or achieving something.
2. An intention or decision about what one is going to do.
3. Business dictionary defines plan as a 'Written account of intended
future course of action (scheme) aimed at achieving specific
goal(s) or objective(s) within a specific time frame' ( I love this
definition)
4. WIKIPEDIA defines a plan as a 'A plan defines what is to be done,
in terms of the steps, time frames, people, and resources needed to
achieve the objective'
To sum the definitions into one

BUSINESS + PLAN= BUSINESS PLAN
 A business plan is a written account of actions aimed at generating
money or profit from any commercial activity
 It could be defined as a detailed proposal aimed at ensuring that the
objective of any business or organization or economic system;
where goods and services are exchanged for one another or for
money is achieved successfully
 Finally a business plan is a plan which shows steps, time frame,
people and resources needed to achieve the objective for
establishing any commercial activity.
No matter if you agree or not with the aforementioned definitions of a
business plan, there is no gain saying that A business plan is crucial in
today's business world and must be taken seriously. The question I pose
to you: When you started that business did you prepare a business plan?
When you resumed your position did you prepare a business plan to
itemize series of steps to steer the ship of your department or
organisation?
2016 is gone, 2017 is here do you have a business plan? Even for the
next quarter.
I have got to go and ensure we finish some plans we have on our kitten
before we accused of being hypocrites ; but seriously we need a business
plan and next series we publish will tell you how often you should
prepare a business plan.
