It would also be smart to open new store locations where there is a lot of tourism in China. The Great Wall of China has millions of tourists per year. It would be beneficial for MAGnum to open a restaurant in a town that the Great Wall runs through. Many of the tourists would know about pizza and would feel comfortable eating at an American chain restaurant in China. Their menus were different from the ones here in the United States. When expanding to places like China, MAGnum has to look at the demographics and cater its menus to what the people of that area want to eat. For instance, people in America like to have pepperoni on their pizzas. People in China might not want to have pepperoni on their pizzas. MAGnum has to look into what kinds of pizzas Chinese people would prefer.DavidOverall Globalization: MediumGlobalization Outlook: Increasing
