  requires a safe working environment
  that is able to support employees

  free from moral harassment, allowing
  employees to take full charge of their

 A leader must be aware that constructive
   change rarely happens without many struggles.
 Change requires the leaders to challenge the
   status quo and find new ways of doing things
   to further organizational goals.
 It's nearly impossible to lead change without
   some tough approaches, because even when
   a change is generally viewed as positive, some
   kind of resistance still needs to be addressed.

Acting with integrity

 Questioning a decision that appears to violate a
   corporate value could be seen as a way to jeopardize
   any career.
 Leaders should provide the necessary means to help
   team members to act with integrity, when sharing
   their own ideas and perceptions about business
   measures and strategies.

   compromise and to stand up for new business
