This document presents a study on corporate governance and business ethics in four European Union countries: Sweden, Spain, Bulgaria, and Greece. It begins with an introduction and background on corporate governance and ethics in the EU. The methodology section describes a three cluster analysis process used to analyze and compare the four selected countries. The analysis section presents the results of the comparative study, finding that Sweden has the lowest corruption and best governance, while Bulgaria has the highest corruption. It concludes by summarizing the key differences between the countries based on metrics like GDP, inflation, law/efficiency scores, and corruption rankings.
