Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us
expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to
create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong
relationships with clients.
 Experience: 4 - 6 years
 Skills: Recruitment, IT Staffing, IT Management, Sales, Business Development,
Marketing, Sales, Client Servicing, Lead Generation, Market Development, Client
Acquisition
 Industry: Recruitment/Staffing/RPO
 Functional Area: Marketing & Communications, Sales/ Business Development,
Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA.
 Location: Pune, India
Responsibilities:
 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
 Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil through
Cold Calling
 Must be able to add in new logos from Direct Clients, MSP/VMS & Implementation
Partners.
 Generating extensive list of relevant leads
 Be accountable for revenue targets
 Client relationship management
 Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
 Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
 Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business
 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
 Building Content for marketing material, brouchers, etc.
Requirements
 Master’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT staffing business development in the US
market.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
 Must have prior experience in building relationships with End Clients.
 Strong negotiation and contract skills
 Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high-pressure environment,
multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
 Should be able to work independently, with minimum supervision, end-to-end in
pursuing placements/ revenue targets.
 Time management and planning skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 NIGHT SHIFT ONLY
Please note that this is a night shift job and you are responsible for your own transportation.
