Bullying…..
According to the book Bullying: The Truth bullying is described as: “Bullying is when
someone or several people do or say unpleasant things to you, or keep teasing you in a way
you don’t like. Almost everyone is gets bullied by somebody at some time in your life.”
(Google Books Aidan Macfarlane, Ann McPherson, 2016)
Bullying is a phenomenon that occurs everywhere, it is the same in public schools as private
ones. According to a national survey of childhood and adolescence, around the 64% of
children’s that attend to school, aged from 8 to 17, said that
they have been witnesses of fight between students; the
69% who annoy or abuse from children. Pretty amazing
right? Well, this is an everyday phenomenon which occurs
for the irresponsibility of teachers and students. Because
we can atop Bullying by taking out the problem from the
root, since we are little kids we begin to butter friends,
maybe teachers think that it is normal for their age, but at
the end this problems develop into serious cases of
Bullying, It is easy to say that there’s a solution, but it is
difficult to be part of the solution. (Bayona et al., 2016)
The survey, made in 2010, has a lot of more scary
information, it reveals that 63% of the students bother others for the only fact of being
“different”; 74% insults or fight with the;
and 53% suffers from stealing. Let’s focus
on the part of being different, excuse me for
the word but I think that this is stupid. How
is it possible to bully someone for the fact
of being different, here we can clearly see
that bullying starts from our homes,
because a kid doesn’t born discriminating.
The only fact that a kid is discriminating for
being different denotes that there is a lack
of education from home. To stop bullying
in Ecuador we are going to need more than a simple campaign. (Peacesites.org, 2016)

Bullying is a huge problem which would be very difficult to stop, but nevertheless it is
possible we just have to take action and be aware of the problem that we are facing and to
understand that this is a problem that affects everyone, even adults. We have to be aware of
this situation and we have to face is, not ignore it. (Stopbullying.gov, 2016)
