Bullet injuries explained with animation

Bullet injuries can be categorized based on the distance between the gun and the victim. Close-range injuries within 40-50cm from a handgun or 15cm from a rifle show scorching, burning, tattooing and abrasion marks. Near-range injuries from 60-100cm show smoke, soot and grease marks. Distant injuries have no gunpowder marks but may show indentation of skin and muscle from bullet impact.
