The Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library and Cultural Center provides materials and services to enhance lifelong learning while fostering community connection. In 2015, the library issued 493 new cards, had over 42,000 visits, and handled nearly 6,000 reference questions. Looking ahead, the library aims to further advance conference spaces, expand computer services, and evaluate security needs.

The mission of the Mark and Emily Turner Memorial Library is to

46% increase in square footage
means more operation costs
