I completed analysis of two perfume advert ideas and created mood boards to represent how I want the adverts to look and feel. I drew a mock up of one idea and designed a questionnaire for classmates. After receiving feedback, I began developing ideas for the advert and looked into production roles. I researched forms of advertising, fonts, and genre for the advert. I focused on presentation content, competitors in the market, and how to better them. I continued working on the presentation script and presented my idea, budget, schedule and requirements to Vibe Productions. I then wrote up my proposal and spent two weeks filming and editing.

1) The document discusses various diets and strategies for losing weight, including high fat/low carb diets like Atkins and high carb diets like those from Okinawa and the Tarahumara people.
2) It argues that fructose should be avoided unless for sports training, as it is metabolized differently and more likely to produce fat than other carbs. Moderate exercise alone does not lead to significant weight loss.
3) High intensity interval training is recommended as a quick and effective exercise strategy for weight loss, as it produces hormonal changes that increase fat metabolism for longer after a workout compared to moderate exercise. Tracking metabolic rate throughout the day can help optimize calorie expenditure.

Companies should market to children for several reasons according to the document. First, marketing helps develop children's critical thinking and decision making skills. It also allows companies to profit faster by capturing the attention of a demographic with significant purchasing power. However, the opposing view is that some marketing promotes unhealthy products that put children's health at risk and prioritizes profits over well-being. Ultimately, both companies and parents share responsibility, as parents must control what children consume and purchase.

The document describes three sample mini-projects for Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL): 1) A cooking project where students create an online cookbook with recipes. 2) A geography project where students research and present on cities in New Zealand. 3) A history project where students summarize chapters from a biography of Nelson Mandela and create vocabulary lists. Each project includes aims, stages, and guidelines for implementation, and focuses on developing both content knowledge and target language skills.
Mandela was sent to Robben Island prison off the coast of Cape Town in 1964 where conditions were bad and he performed hard labor in a quarry. He was allowed 6 month visits and letters and continued his studies. Over 3,000 other African political prisoners were also held in small cells. Mandela became a leader to the prisoners and helped set up an informal school. Conditions worsened over time even as more prisoners arrived and family visits became less frequent.
Nelson Mandela was elected as the first president of the new South Africa after apartheid ended. As president, he worked to establish a truth and reconciliation commission to address apartheid-era crimes. He also founded the Children's Fund charity in 1995. After stepping down as president, Mandela continued his humanitarian efforts and advocacy for peace before retiring to his hometown of Qunu, where he spent time with family.
Mandela started writing his own biography in prison in 1975. In the 1960s and 1970s, the South African government forced Africans to live in segregated townships. Some prisoners were taken from prison to perform manual labor at the beach. Zindzi Mandela, Nelson Mandela's daughter, visited her imprisoned father for the first time in 12 years after Steve Biko created the Black Consciousness Movement in 1972 to advocate for racial equality and justice in South Africa.
