This document provides an overview and summary of the sections on Aggravations and Ameliorations in the BTPB repertory. It describes the structure and contents of these sections. For Aggravations, it is organized by time, situations/circumstances, and position. It includes general modalities, ailments from causes, seasonal/weather influences, mind-related symptoms, foods/drinks, remedies for certain conditions, and important clinical rubrics. Ameliorations follows a similar organization but with fewer rubrics. The document explains how some rubrics in Allen use the contrary condition between Aggravations and Ameliorations.
