Students must develop an operational plan that includes: background information; objectives; policies and procedures covering HR, resources, and costs; consideration of legislative, regulatory, and intellectual property issues; key performance indicators; consultation processes; monitoring; an action plan; contingency plans; and gaining approval for the plan. It also states the assessment includes an additional part with 11 short answer questions analyzing provided financial information.
