The framework identifies key domains of equity practice, including student-oriented, staff-oriented, family-oriented, and community-oriented work. Examples of leaders' equity practices are provided for each domain. The framework provides clear, accessible language for school practitioners and has potential applications for leadership preparation programs and future research.
