for the production of expeditionary military camps. Dover Vantage can produce
single, multi-story office and residential buildings or large-scale warehouses and
deploy within days — anywhere in the world.

6. ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE: ENTEBBE
AIRPORT, UGANDA, US ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS
Dover Vantage’s first Africa project delivered infrastructure development
at this famous airfield. We constructed 1.5km of asphalt roads and aircraft
taxiways, as well as perimeter security fencing & lighting with anti-vehicle
and ballistic protection measures to protect US Forces personnel and a
completely new storm drainage system to handle the tropical rainfall.
BASSIKOUNOU AIRFIELD: MAURITANIA, US ARMY
CORPS OF ENGINEERS
In this design-build project, Dover Vantage employed local labor to
upgrade this previously unpaved runway to ready it for the operation of
C-130 aircraft — among others— by adding another 1200 meters of length
as well as turn around areas at both ends of the runway.
MONROVIA BOAT MAINTENANCE FACILITY: MONROVIA, LIBERIA, US ARMY
CORP OF ENGINEERS
Dover Vantage delivered this Boat Maintenance and Training Facility for the
Liberian Coast Guard base in Monrovia. We used Light Gauge Steel Framing
capability to construct the boathouse, which was designed to support the Coast
Guard’s fleet maintenance and operations.
GRUMESA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL: GRUMESA, GHANA, US ARMY CORP OF
ENGINEERS (USACE)
With limited infrastructure at this remote jungle site and no electricity, Dover
Vantage delivered a bespoke Light Gauge Steel Frame structure for this
Humanitarian Assistance project. Using locally produced breezeway block work
to replicate local building style and practices, and worked on by local village
members, the experience of helping build this facility and the school itself will
continue to benefit this community immensely.
