Planning & Delegating Involve right people for the right task Strategic planning = purpose & goals of the organization = what team needs to do to meet those goals Goals and objectives should be SMARTER  4 Monika Cichon
Communication Encourage discussion and brainstorm for new ideas Three directions of conversation: up, down and lateral: soft drink – fruits – vitamins (down), soft drink – various types (lateral), soft drink – social meetings, sharing (up) Frequently exchange feedback in order to function effectively Speak & Listen 5 Monika Cichon
Problem Solving Address the issue, not people Define the problem with input from others Where, how, when, why is it happening?  Understand my role in the problem Review situation from three different angles: 1. First position – me, 2. Second position – the other person, 3.
