1. INSTRUCTIONS
1. This has reference to your Application for the post of Junior Trainee Against Rect Advt No.06/2014 or your name being sponsored by the
Emplyment Exchange.
2. Candidates have to appear for Written Test at the above mentioned venue on the date and time specified. No TA will be reimbursed for
appearing in the written test.
3. Admission for the test will be strictly on production of Admit Card with the photograph affixed on it. Late comers (i.e. after 10:30 AM) will
not be permitted to appear in the test.
4. Candidates are to bring blue/black ball point pen (and not Gel pen) for the test.
5. Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes or books, correction fluid, calculators, mobile phones, electronic diary, alarm clocks,
scanning device, writing pads, pencil boxes, beepers and cameras etc. in the examination hall. Any candidate found in possession of
such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means will be summarily disqualified.
6. The Admit Card and the answer sheet will have to be surrended to the invigilator after the test. Candidates are permitted to carry the
question papers with them after the test.
7. In the test there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
8. Candidates should carry any of the following in original as proof of identity without which they may not be allowed to write the written test :-
Aadhar Card / Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving licence / Credit Card with photograph issued by banks.
9. Admission to the test is provisional and subject to the candidates passing the qualifying examination with the required percentage of marks
by 1st June 2014 and meeting the other eligibility conditions and medical standards as indicated in the Advertisement. This letter should,
therefore, not be construed as acceptance of the eligibility for recruitment as a Junior Trainee in RINL/VSP. If at any stage it is found that a
particular candidate is not eligible for the test, his/her candidature will be rejected.
10. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of performance in written test have to appear for an interview before the RINL Selection Board. The
names of the candidates shortlisted for interview will be displayed on the website www.vizagsteel.com on or after 20th August 2014.

2. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ANSWER IN THE WRITTEN TEST
1. The following are some instructions regarding the written test.
(a) Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, correction fluid, calculators, Cellular phones, scanning device,pagers etc.
in the examination hall. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting
unfair means will be summarily disqualified.
(b) Candidates are to strictly follow the instructions given by the Centre Supervisor/ Room Invigilator and those given on the Question
Booklet.
(c) Candidates must bring blue or black ball point pen for written test.
(d) Candidates are to hand over the answer sheet to the Room Invigilator positively after finishing the examination.
2. The test is objective type. Each objective question is followed by four responses serialled (A), (B), (C) and (D). Candidate’s task is to
choose only one correct/best response and mark the response with blue or black ball point pen in the Answer Sheet and not in the Question
Booklet.
3. Completely darken the CIRCLE so that the number inside the CIRCLE is not visible. Any other method of marking answers is wrong
as shown below.
4 Darken only one circle for each answer. Darkening more than one circle or any stray mark is found on more than one circle, the answer
will be treated as wrong. Even if the candidate marks a small point in any circle, it will be treated as an answer.
5. Mark answer only in the space provided. Do not make any stray marks anywhere on the answer sheet. Do not fold or wrinkle the
answer sheet. Rough work must not be done on the answer sheet. Use the test booklet for rough work.
