Firstly, you can enjoy better stamina without lighting up asNon-smokers tend to be physically fitter than smokers. A runner who smokes 20 cigarettes a day is unable to beat a non-smoker 12 years older!Smoking reduces smokers’ stamina and fitness. It also increases fatigue during and after exercise. This is largely due to the fact that the gas, carbon monoxide, found in cigarette smoke interferes with the transport of oxygen by the blood to various parts of the body including the heart, brain and muscles.
You will also have better spending power without lighting up.A pack of cigarettes costs about $12. That’s a lot of money that can be spent on other things that are important.A non-smoker saves $4,000 a year more than a smoker who smokes a pack a day.Imagine all the things you can do with $4,000.’
You can enjoy better looks without lighting up. Smokers tend to look 1.4 times older than their current age. Imagine looking 30 when you’re only 20! How attractive is it to have stale cigarette smell on a smoker’s breath, hair and clothes? Does having stained teeth and fingernails make you look pleasant?’
