The bridges connecting New York City's boroughs have mysteriously vanished, bringing much of the city's traffic to a standstill. A reporter in Manhattan interviews a local who says the city's already overwhelmed tunnel system is now flooded with cars as officials scramble to restore normal traffic and construct makeshift bridges, while urging people to donate to a food rescue organization.

1. Pandemonium in the streets today. The bridges of New
York city seem to have vanished...
