Four studies were conducted comparing the brand personality constructs associated with brands in Japan, Spain, and the United States. The studies revealed both universal brand personality dimensions common across cultures (e.g. Sincerity) as well as dimensions unique to each culture (e.g. Peacefulness in Japan). Guidelines for preparing internship reportWINNERbd.it
This document provides guidelines for preparing internship reports for the BBA program at the International Islamic University Chittagong. It outlines 15 sections that should be included in the report such as an executive summary, background of the study, methodology, findings, recommendations, and references. The report should be between 40-70 pages long with specifications for formatting, font, margins, and headings. Samples are provided for the cover page and first page of the report.
The document discusses the advantages of auditing. It lists 15 advantages such as errors and frauds being detected early, accounts clerks being more vigilant, audited accounts being accepted by tax authorities, and management being able to get advice from auditors. It also discusses different types of audits based on legislative control, relationship with management, periodicity, coverage, and manner of checking. The last section compares internal auditing with external auditing.
The document discusses the verification and valuation of assets and liabilities by an auditor. It defines verification as proving the truth or confirmation of assets and liabilities on the balance sheet. The most important duty of an auditor is to verify assets and liabilities through techniques like surprise cash counts, direct bank confirmations, and examining mortgage documents. Assets must be verified for existence, freedom from liens, proper value, and acquisition for business purposes. Valuation involves showing assets at cost less depreciation and current market value for some assets. Problems in verification and valuation include inability to inspect all assets and use of estimates.
There are four main types of auditors:
1) External auditors perform independent reviews of a company's financial records
2) Internal auditors provide independent evaluations of a company's financial and operational activities
3) Government auditors are employed by state and local government agencies
4) Forensic auditors are trained to detect, investigate, and deter fraud and white-collar crime.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
