Bora Bora is a French island located in the Pacific Ocean about 230 kilometres northwest of Papeete, Tahiti. The island has an area of 30 square km and a population of around 8,880 people. Some of the top resorts on Bora Bora include the Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa and the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora. The climate is tropical, with warm temperatures year-round and most rainfall occurring between January to May and October to December.
