This Book of Voice is a message of peace, prosperity and civilization for all human beings. It provides solution to the challenges of the contemporary world on the basis of equity and equality. It guides through the process of establishing a civilized society where all the people on the globe can live with peace with each other. It not only provides solution to the society globally but it also provides solution to the problems faced by an individual and also provides him the track for spiritual development. In the blessed name of Allah (God) who is the Creator of the universe.

O’ people listen. You all are the offspring of a mother
and a father. And with this reference of birth you are
brothers & sisters amongst you without distinction of
color, religion, region and language. Various social
behaviors make you relatives of each other. How
innocent and helpless you are when you are born. The
womb you take birth from you call her mother. Call
mother’s husband father. And call their other offspring
siblings. And the same way make other relations. These
relations are for social identification. You should maintain
the sanctity of these relations. O' people understand that
no marriage of any human being can take place with any
invisible power. And nor any invisible power can be a
relative of any human being with respect to birth. O'
people give up theories based on traditions and
superstitions. Accept the realities. Realistic people are
liked by God. O' people think if you were not born then
would there be any relative of you amongst human
beings. So praise God who caused your birth and
blessed you with your parents, siblings, and other
relatives.
O' people listen. Whenever you meet each other meet
with love. If you will meet with love then hatred will not
find any place and there will be less social problems of
yours. If you hug or kiss then there is no burden on you.
But if you do not hug or kiss according to your social
practices even then there is no burden on you. Do not
compel anyone to hug or kiss and nor feel bad about it.
Even on not hugging and not kissing you should meet
with cheerfulness so that your meeting would not be
disliked by others. O' people you all are the offspring of
one parents and are equal. After the creation of human

beings there has been a association of sociality and
consciousness in the ways of solemnizing marriage and
determination of relations. In various eras marriages
happens to have been solemnized amongst various
relations. Do you not know that in the Arab until the
revelation of Quran after the death of the father his wives
were used to be distributed as wives amongst his sons.
Inter religion marriages are in fashion. Examples of
marriages with sisters and other relations are present in
your history. O' people you should respect the relations
which have been determined for marriage in Islam. O'
people you should promote affinity. You all are
consanguineous1
to each other. Nobody amongst you is
non-consanguineous to anyone. O' people you should
meet freely without distinction as to gender. And know
that unnecessary restrictions nurture crimes. O' people
eliminate crimes and free yourself from unnecessary
social chains.
O' people listen. God has prohibited adultery on you
whether it is with consent or by force. And God has
permitted your meeting each other freely. O' people
these are the restrictions established by God you should
not break these restrictions. And whosoever commits
adultery the court shall give him punishment or make the
adulterer and adulteress marry. This order is for adultery
with consent. And whosoever commits adultery by force
the court shall on provision of evidence award
punishment of removing the organ. But before awarding
punishment to the adulterer the court shall get the
medical checkup of the women and fulfill the
requirements of justice. And if any doctor deliberately
under pressure or greed gives false evidence then be
the damnation of God on him. The court upon false
evidence being proven shall award the doctor the
punishment of removal of organ and shall declare
disqualified for medical practice. O' people if for fulfilling

the natural desire two parties are deluded and commit
sexual act with consent then keep eyes away from them
but the court shall award them the punishment of mutual
marriage. This order is for virgin girl. But if the woman is
married then the court shall get her divorced by her
husband if he is willing to divorce his wife but shall not
force to divorce. If the husbands forgives then the court
too shall forgive. But if the adulterer is married then the
court shall refer to his wife. If the wife forgives then the
court too shall forgive. And if the wife does not forgive
and would like to get separated from the ‘adulterer
husband’ then the court shall cause divorce to happen
and shall order to give half of the property of husband to
the divorcee and shall cause it to be given. O' people if
you repent then it is better for you. God is a forgiver and
acceptor of repentance. Beg to God for forgiveness and
repent. Begging for forgiveness with the purity of heart
and repenting with sincerity of intention purifies the soul.
And pure soul is the one that is absolved. O' people
purify the soul so that you are absolved.
O' people listen. Go to each other’s houses on their
invitation and at your will and do not enter in any house
without permission. Sit in other’s house according to
fashion. In the houses where you enter with permission if
you should not take lead in hugging or kissing the ladies
then it is better for you. (If) for hugging and kissing the
ladies of the house regardless of age would take lead
then there is no harm in it. O' people Book of Voice gives
the same freedom to women as (it) gives freedom to
men. Thus you should not solemnize more than one
marriages. More than one marriages have been
prohibited on you so that your wives should not
solemnize another marriage in your presence. If you
deem solemnizing more than one marriage as your right
then how can you deprive the women of this right. The
person who solemnizes more than one marriages, his

wives, then, have the right that they could individually
marry to as many men as the number of women their
husband has solemnized marriage with. This is a
punishment for people not following the commandments.
And no woman should marry any person who has
already solemnized marriage. It has been prohibited on
woman to solemnize marriage with a married man in
presence of his wife. If a widower or divorcee solemnizes
marriage then there is no burden on him and nor is there
any burden on the woman marrying him. O' people read
the Book of Voice, ponder over it, comprehend and act
upon it. There is your wellbeing in it.
O' people listen. If a man solemnizes marriage with more
than one women and his wives using their right of
marriage solemnize marriage with other men then the
woman shall determine the parentage of the children.
The woman shall determine the parentage of the child
before the third month of pregnancy and this shall be
announced in the presence of other husbands. And if
there happens to be any doubt that the woman is lying
for any reason then the parentage of the child shall be
determined medically after its blood test. The
responsibility of upbringing such a child shall be on its
determined father. And if that determined father does not
accept the responsibility of that child or gets it admitted
in an orphanage due to any doubt then the punishment
for this shall be death or removal of organ. The court
shall announce the award of punishment. O' people
clean the society of evils. If God has blessed men with
strong organs then has blessed women with enticing
features and organs. O' people establish equality. And
fulfill the rights of women who are equivalent to you.
Women shall fulfill their responsibilities and should not
transgress the determined restrictions.
O' people listen. If it is proven before the court that the

6 woman has induced the man for adultery or has made
him commit adultery by force then the punishment for
such a woman is that she should be deprived of the
properties of both the husbands and both the husbands
shall give her divorce. In case of adultery the woman
shall be medically deprived of her ability to produce
children. And if even then she does not renounce
adultery and evidences are provided with verification
then she shall be deprived off of her beautiful organs. If
even after that she does not stop from the act of adultery
then the court shall award her punishment of
imprisonment in isolation. O' people God stops from
polygamy and adultery. And those who follow the
commandments of God are the one who deserve
absolution.
