This Book of Voice is a message of peace, prosperity and civilization for all human beings. It provides solution to the challenges of the contemporary world on the basis of equity and equality. It guides through the process of establishing a civilized society where all the people on the globe can live with peace with each other. It not only provides solution to the society globally but it also provides solution to the problems faced by an individual and also provides him the track for spiritual development. All are invited to read the Book of Voice for their own betterment and internal peace.

In the blessed name of Allah (God) who is the Creator of the universe.

O’ people listen. You are a human being and human
beings have a right on you. The people who do not
accept this right they are at a loss. O' people fulfill the
obligation towards human beings and avoid the loss. The
obligation of human beings on you is that you should
work in accordance with your physical strength, state
and mental capabilities and earn money. Give from the
money earned by you that is in excess of the
maintenance of your dependent persons to those people
who are mentally and physically retarded. And do not
have the strength to work. And help the people who are
physically and mentally healthy and are poor in such a
way that they would become independent to earn their
living by themselves. Get them employed in accordance
with their physical condition and mental state and
capability or help (them) establish industry or trade so
that they could become independent to earn their living
by themselves and do not become a burden on the
society. And give them severe punishment to the people
who would deliberately not work or prefer begging for
alms or sexual contamination. Court will give punishment
to these people. Court shall fulfill the requirements of
justice.
O' people listen. The Book of Voice presents just solution
to the problems of the era. When the era of Book of
Voice will end then God will issue new commandments
in accordance with the requirements of that era. And this
process shall continue till the Doomsday. O’ believers of
Book of Voice you should never coerce any one in any
way to accept Book of Voice. And neither wage war with
anyone to promote your way. God now dislikes war.
Indeed God does not want to shed blood of His servants.

O' people the eras of war are over. You should destroy
the weapons. Terminate the preparation and supply of
weapons. O' people the people who trade in weapons
they wage war on God. Damnation of God is imposed
upon them. And there is no friend of the one who is
damned by God. Would you like to keep friendship with
any such person or country who manufactures weapons
to shed blood of human beings like you. Trades in
weapons. You cannot keep friendship with such a
person and such a country if you are a human being.
Indeed those who like manufacturing of and trading in
weapons are the enemies of God and human beings. Be
the damnation of God on the enemies of God and
human beings. And be the torment of God on the
enemies of human beings. O' people avoid the
damnation of God and the torment of God. Weapon
manufacturing people happens to be frightened. Stay
away from these mentally sick (people). And try to
correct them so that they could become useful persons
of the society. But if anyone does not give up
preparation, supply and trade of weapons then punish
him. Destroy the weapons of weapons manufacturers
and their traders at their locations if they themselves
would not destroy them. And give them severe
punishment. Indeed these people are the enemies of
peace. God deems enemies of peace as His enemies.
Would you like to befriend with enemies of God. And the
people who deem enemies of God as their enemies are
the friends of God. And the friends of God like the taste
of death. But the enemies of God are afraid of death.
Ponder that how severe torment is this fear of death.
O' people listen. You all are equal. There is no difference
amongst you according to creation. There is no region of
yours. Neither is there any race of yours and nor is there
any language of yours. Which happens to be your
language when you are born. Which happens to be your

region. And which happens to be your race. Had birth
being in your authority then you could tell your own race.
But God causes birth of any human being in anyone’s
home He wants. O' people human being is not born the
second time after being born the first time. Neither does
anyone returns after death nor is born. But you have
established innumerable and all sorts of theories. O'
people get rid of (such) theories and recognize yourself.
Look how much independent you are and how much
dependent you are that (you) cannot even take birth in
your desired home.
O' people listen. Why do you get into the trouble of
(living) standard. Do you not see that every person dies
one’s own death and is buried alone according to the
customs. Is burnt or is fed to the eagles and crows. Do
not make your classes on the basis of wealth or on any
other bases. O' people knowledge is for dissemination
and to provide beneficence to other human beings. The
people who earn money the illegitimate way from any
kind of knowledge they are set to deserve the damnation
of God. O' people you should earn wealth through
legitimate ways, labor and skills. But due to freezing of
capital after accumulating the wealth you should not
imprison yourself of yourself and the fear. O' people you
should free yourself from fear, greed and discrimination.
O' people listen. Non-physical thing cannot lift physical
thing. Therefore give up false theories about non-
physical things or creatures. And do not hold any
invisible creature an object of indictment by your false
theories. O' people God does not like three things. First
that anyone would create His partner. Second that (he)
would himself become arrogant and does haughtiness.
And third that help is sought other than Allah from any
person who is not alive with his body. O' people when
you beg to God for help then actually (you) strengthen

your will power. And then you collect the power within
yourself for the work that is to be done by you. No doubt
God holds power and bestows power.
O' people listen. Your power is the power bestowed by
God you should not make illegitimate use of this power.
If you make illegitimate use of your power and would not
repent even after getting its feelings then God will divest
your power. O' people avoid your power from being
divested. The people who express arrogance on any
kind of power are disliked by God and notoriety is their
destiny. O' people you should avoid notoriety. No doubt
God does not disgrace any one until he makes himself
liable to be disgraced.
