In 21 century, the development of science and technology to promote the progress of human race. The science and technology make human has the new and beautiful life. Without technology, you wouldn’t receive a message from thousands of miles in a second; without technology, you would waste a whole day in the library to find information for your report; without technology, you only can watch recent news from the newspaper. The beginning of any kind of science and technology was to serve the purpose of human social development. However, due to the limitations of human knowledge and practice, the adverse consequences are always accompanied; when we take advantages of one thing, the disadvantages follow. Science and technology promote the progress of contemporary society. While promoting social development, it also brings with it a series of negative effects such as the deterioration of the ecological environment, spiritual crisis, moral crisis, and survival crisis. Because of the different considerations and pursuits of people's interests, and the improper use of science and technology, there have been many negative results. Generally speaking, the all-around distortion of science and technology in human society is destroying our social and spiritual world.
One of the negative impacts of science and technology is on the social environment. With the guidance and help of science and technology, the transformation and influence of people on nature are getting bigger and bigger. With the continuous expansion of human social economic scale and industrial scale, the negative impact of science and technology on the social environment has become increasingly apparent. There are many environmental issues caused by technology, “among the claimed negative effects of technology are global warming, ozone depletion, air and water pollution, species depletion and extinction, acid rain, overpopulation, deforestation, and radioactive and other toxic and nontoxic waste” (Karian). For example, advanced technology has developed the plastic that is convenient for people's lives. With the acceleration of the pace of life and the improvement of living standards, the amount of plastics is increasing day by day. At present, waste plastic has reached more than one-third of the waste, and it has greatly increased the difficulty and cost of waste disposal. “As plastic is non-biodegradable in nature, it remains in environment for several years” (Manuel), for this reason, if discarded waste plastic in the natural environment, it will provide a breeding ground for mosquitoes, flies and bacteria; if buried it underground, it will easily pollute groundwater, hinder plant root growth, destroy soil quality, and affect crop yield; if fired waste plastic, it will produce a variety of toxic gases. GREAT SOCIOCULTURAL revolution is now sweeping our world. Centered in North
America, Japan, and the urban, industrialized countries of Western Europe, it extends to
the still largely rural, third World nations of Asia, Africa, and Latin America and to the
formerly communist-dominated (“second World”) regions of Central and Eastern Europe.
Rapid change, both peaceful and violent, is a fact of life that virtually everyone on Earth today
has come to expect, if not unconditionally accept.
The Shape of Things to Come
This revolution is now boiling at or near the surface of contemporary social relations
everywhere. With increasing regularity, it erupts into our daily affairs, taking on many different
guises. In the United States, this revolution is evident in the conflict between the defenders and
attackers of government regulation, in the debates about immigration—legal and illegal—about
the country’s participation in the United Nations, in the challenges to welfare programs for the
poor, and in the post–September 11 concern about “homeland security.” Here, and in other
countries throughout the world, it has manifested itself in pro- and antiglobalization protests
and movements for civil rights on behalf of formerly excluded ethnic minority groups, gays and
lesbians, persons with disabilities, children, and senior citizens. It is also evident in our
changing attitudes and behavior in the realm of gender. The realities that our parents and
grandparents took for granted are now in such doubt that today we are even asking ourselves
what it means to be a man or a woman.
Common to all of these debates, conflicts, challenges, and movements is the explicit
recognition that something is wrong with society as we have known it. Those involved,
regardless of their specific views on the various issues, acknowledge that serious
shortcomings and unwanted costs are now associated with the manner in which people have
become accustomed to treating one another.
A historical juncture has been reached at which the old ways of managing human affairs,
from the interpersonal to the international levels, are becoming less and less effective. Yet,
despite the numerous possible options with which we have experimented or merely dreamed,
no clear alternatives have emerged to guide us into a highly uncertain future. Just as modernity
displaced feudalism as the dominant cultural form in Europe some 250 years ago, something is

Climate change's impact on the planet forced the United Nations and governments to promote green energies and electric transportation. The deployments of photovoltaic (PV) and electric vehicle (EV) systems gained stronger momentum due to their numerous advantages over fossil fuel types. The advantages go beyond sustainability to reach financial support and stability. The work in this paper introduces the hybrid system between PV and EV to support industrial and commercial plants. This paper covers the theoretical framework of the proposed hybrid system including the required equation to complete the cost analysis when PV and EV are present. In addition, the proposed design diagram which sets the priorities and requirements of the system is presented. The proposed approach allows setup to advance their power stability, especially during power outages. The presented information supports researchers and plant owners to complete the necessary analysis while promoting the deployment of clean energy. The result of a case study that represents a dairy milk farmer supports the theoretical works and highlights its advanced benefits to existing plants. The short return on investment of the proposed approach supports the paper's novelty approach for the sustainable electrical system. Using data from 41 years in Patna’ India’ the study’s goal is to analyze the trends of how often it rains on a weekly, seasonal, and annual basis (1981−2020). First, utilizing the intensity-duration-frequency (IDF) curve and the relationship by statistically analyzing rainfall’ the historical rainfall data set for Patna’ India’ during a 41 year period (1981−2020), was evaluated for its quality. Changes in the hydrologic cycle as a result of increased greenhouse gas emissions are expected to induce variations in the intensity, length, and frequency of precipitation events. One strategy to lessen vulnerability is to quantify probable changes and adapt to them. Techniques such as log-normal, normal, and Gumbel are used (EV-I). Distributions were created with durations of 1, 2, 3, 6, and 24 h and return times of 2, 5, 10, 25, and 100 years. There were also mathematical correlations discovered between rainfall and recurrence interval.
Findings: Based on findings, the Gumbel approach produced the highest intensity values, whereas the other approaches produced values that were close to each other. The data indicates that 461.9 mm of rain fell during the monsoon season’s 301st week. However, it was found that the 29th week had the greatest average rainfall, 92.6 mm. With 952.6 mm on average, the monsoon season saw the highest rainfall. Calculations revealed that the yearly rainfall averaged 1171.1 mm. Using Weibull’s method, the study was subsequently expanded to examine rainfall distribution at different recurrence intervals of 2, 5, 10, and 25 years. Rainfall and recurrence interval mathematical correlations were also developed. Further regression analysis revealed that short wave irrigation, wind direction, wind speed, pressure, relative humidity, and temperature all had a substantial influence on rainfall.
Originality and value: The results of the rainfall IDF curves can provide useful information to policymakers in making appropriate decisions in managing and minimizing floods in the study area.

The researchers created an observation checklist to determine the significant factors of the study. The study aims to determine the significant difference between traditional aquaponics and reconstructed aquaponics systems propagating tomatoes in terms of height, weight, girth, and number of fruits. The reconstructed aquaponics system’s higher growth yield results in a much more nourished crop than the traditional aquaponics system. It is superior in its number of fruits, height, weight, and girth measurement. Moreover, the reconstructed aquaponics system is proven to eliminate all the hindrances present in the traditional aquaponics system, which are overcrowding of fish, algae growth, pest problems, contaminated water, and dead fish.

- 2. 1 Introduction Technology is a vitally important aspect of the human condition. Technologies feed, clothe, and provide shelter for us; they transport, entertain, and heal us; they provide the bases of wealth and of leisure; they also pollute and kill. For good or ill, they are woven inextricably into the fabric of our lives, from birth to death, at home, in school, in paid work. Rich or poor, employed or non- employed, woman or man, ‘black’ or ‘white’, north or south - all of our lives are intertwined with technologies, from simple tools to large technical systems. When this intertwining is discussed in newspapers or other mass media, the dominant account of it can summed up as ‘technological determinism’. Technologies change, either because of scientific advance or following a logic of their own; and they then have effects on society. The development of computer technology, for example, is often seen as following trajectories that are close to natural laws, the most famous being Moore’s law, describing how the number of components on a state-of-the-art microchip doubles in a fixed, predictable period of time (originally a year; now 18 months). This ‘defining rule of the modern world’ (Malone, 1995) fuels an information and communication technology revolution that, numerous pundits tell, is changing and will change the way we live. Technological Determinism as a Theory of Society
