This document summarizes a study on the impact of implementing a body-worn camera (BWC) and alternative recording device (ARD) program in the Baguio City Police Office. The study aims to assess how the program aids police operations by examining officers' knowledge of guidelines, the effectiveness of BWCs and ARDs, and any concerns regarding implementation. It notes that while BWCs are being introduced to address community outrage, more research is needed to understand their full impact on police operations in Baguio City. The main objective is to evaluate how the recording device program supports police work.
