Bluetooth technology is an industry wireless specification standard for use
in various devices for short-range communications. As a radio-based technology
it allows devices to share information over a maximum range of 10 meters.
Bluetooth enables mobile computers, mobile phones, portable handhelds, and
the Internet to “talk the talk” without cables. With bluetooth, devices don't need to
be 'looking' at each unlike other wireless technologies (i.e. infrared). As long as
two bluetooth devices are close enough to each other, it’s possible to make a
connection. With bluetooth technology getting connected takes on a whole new
meaning.

2. This project designed using the dsPIC Microcontroller aids in the
measurement and control of various Global Parameters with Bluetooth
Technology and provides a interface to the PC. The transfer rate of this
microcontroller is 9600 Baud Rate. This enables us to view and track the
online changes encountered in the particular parameter of all the
parameters. One of the main advantage of this project is, it allows us to
view all the parameter readings simultaneously on the screen. The Graph
drawn on the screen keeps on tracking the changes on the parameter. It
also supports Background Processing of the Parameters and control of 4
parameters. The parameters supported by this project includes

3. Line Current
4. Battery Current
5. Temperature
6. Frequency
7. Logic Switches
3. 8. Water Level Identifier.
Application:
This Project can be implemented in any of the process
industries where there is a need for Simultaneous and fast acquiring of
data and control.

Software Compatibility with ‘C’ and Visual Basic.
