Since 2010 I work in the field of Business, as individual, group/team coach and trainer and parallel I am
the CEO of the Coaching Team Ltd. I am also the founder of this community.
I am member of the Hungarian Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Since January 2015 I
am the president of the Hungarian Chapter of the ICF.
MY COACHING CONCEPT IS:
For me, coaching is a guided, dynamic dialogue, a series of methods, which focus on future possibilities
of helping the coachee to learn in order to develop its performance in its work, its quality of life or even
its personality. The support of the coach is continuous until the goal is reached.
