• With more than 475 salons across 48 countries, CEO, OBE and co-founder Toni Mascolo and his brother Guy started
TONI&GUY back in 1963 with a single salon in Clapham, London.
• The 70’s marked the emergence of the TONI&GUY name in the British National press and trade journals throughout
Europe, as well as a move to London’s famous west end.
• During the 80’s, the TONI&GUY artistic team continued to develop the demand for TONI&GUY education, which saw
them regularly travelling all over the world to showcase their work by conducting shows and seminars.
• In the initial 2000 The new millennium not only marked a new era but also a significant change for TONI&GUY.

4. Ease of Access with NetSuite
• Toni & Guy had different systems to cater to different needs.
• QuickBooks for inventory, Oracle for accounting and None gave them a holistic picture.
• We helped them identify the need to grow and run on a unified platform which would leverage best business practices and
scalability.
• The reporting was pretty much manual, which is now run on factual based on real time operations.
• Sales from other locations automatically flows into NetSuite, eliminating loads of manual data entry effort.

9. ShortCuts Integration with NetSuite
• The Shortcuts integration with NetSuite had been done by an APP created in C# windows form.
• The user enters the Start time & the Interval in the NetSuite APP and Starts the process.
• The NetSuite APP, according to user preferences, uploads the CSV files of Cash Sales & Payments to the NetSuite File Cabinet.
• The Scheduler than creates the respective Cash Sales, Customer refunds and the Payments.
Benefits
• The Shortcuts integration has sufficiently reduced the manual process of adding the data to the enterprise solution.
• This automated integration ensures proper Accuracy by preventing redundancy and other errors which creates a transparency
between the systems.

10. Suite-Segments Feature With NetSuite
• The SuiteSegments feature allows to create custom classification fields similar to class, department, and location.
• It helped to create an unlimited number of custom segments like Division, Entity, Project and State/Region.
• It allows to define values for each segment and add the segments to specific record types with G/L Impact . It was
then able to to classify records appropriately.
• The client had a niche requirement to produce reports by dimensions which do not exist in standard NetSuite.
• We as implementation partners utilized a new feature Suite-Segments to create such dimensions. And could meet
customer's needs successfully.
• This feature is a stone unturned by most of the implementation partners, and we master it.

13. Inventory
• In Standard NetSuite CSV import for Inventory Adjustment is
not supported.
• We made a Custom Record for Enabling the Import feature &
linked this with the Standard Inventory Adjustment record in
NetSuite.
• Also focuses on Kit Items, Wherein The Components of the
Kit Items are Adjusted along with the main Kit Item While
Importing.

14. • Toni&Guy never had a clear picture of many of the
processes. Inventory was going haywire.
• With NetSuite we streamlined all the processes, defined
systematic flows.
• Now they can manage everything, company accounts to
shampoo bottles sitting on the rack.
• All of this through the cloud.

• Customized Roles, permissions according to the needs of the

• Customized & Published Dashboards for various Users
according to the roles.
• Created Various Shortcuts, Reminders and Searches to make
the user updated with desired things at a glance.

17. Mid-Life Assets With NetSuite
• Mid-life assets (assets that have already started
depreciating) were created in NetSuite by
importing data.
• For each asset record, two depreciation history
records were created. One recorded the
acquisition of the asset and the second recorded
cumulative depreciation to date.
• If preferred, several depreciation history
records can be imported for each asset,
representing each prior period of depreciation.

18. Key Vitals In NetSuite
• To Generate a Report for Key Vitals Business
Signs for TONI&GUY Own Academies.
• The Key vitals consists of Business Signs for
various Academies at different Locations.
• The Key Vitals Report provides Monthly & Yearly
Statistics.

19. As of now, the implementation sticks to salons and academies across the US. Toni&Guy has entities around
the globe, future implementations may scope this requirement
