Dar'shun Kendrick is the founder of Kairos Capital Legal Advisors, LLC, a corporate securities and
investment advisory firm that is your "one stop shop" for ALL capital market services including
legal services, business coaching, investment advice, and speaking and training. Our promise is to

Dar’shun Kendrick holds 2 bachelor degrees from Oglethorpe University (2004), a law degree from the
University of GA (2007) and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State (2011). She
also holds a series 65 FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) license as a registered
investment adviser representative in Georgia. Dar’shun is also a non-public arbitrator for FINRA,
resolving disputes between issuing companies and investors throughout the nation.
Kairos Capital Legal Advisors, LLC is the successor company to Kendrick Advisory & Advocacy Group.
For the past 15+ years, Dar’shun has assisted companies across the nation in raising BILLIONS
in private investment funds, including advising and setting up venture capital funds,
syndications, advising on private equity funds and working on mergers and acquisition matters.
Dar’shun Kendrick has conducted training sessions for nationally recognized non-profit and
for-profit organizations, equipping them with strategies and goals to attract capital from investors and
donors. She is a highly sought-after motivational speaker, delivering speeches at university
commencements, corporate events, and hosting over fifty curated events for entrepreneurs nationwide.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dar’shun Kendrick actively engages in community activism.
She is the Lead Founder of a commercial real estate syndication with four other black women and the
creator of a dynamic millionaire mastermind group. Additionally, she serves as the Founder of the
“Friends of Financial Freedom” Facebook group, which boasts over 3,000 active users seeking financial
freedom through education and entrepreneurship.
Dar’shun is not only a securities attorney and registered investment adviser representative, but a highly
sought after speaker, member of the Georgia House of Representatives since 2010, including
serving on the Technology & Infrastructure committee, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority, Inc.
During her leisure time, Dar’shun Kendrick enjoys cooking, reading, writing, contributing to her
community, and spreading inspiration wherever she goes. She resides in Lithonia, GA, with her pit bull
mix, Dezzy.
