Andy Beaven started his career as a mechanic in the UK and raced motorbikes in his spare time, then worked for various rally teams in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. He spent over twenty years with Toyota, helping their rally and racing programs, including three constructor titles and four driver titles. After Toyota ended their rally program, he worked on prototype builds and their Le Mans and Formula One projects.
