6/2016 Internship at Amazon AWS - API Gateway Seattle, WA
• Built a micro-service for an internal AWS team to look up information in DynamoDB tables.
- Submitting a kind of ID would return the corresponding information or certain error message.
• Added Silvermine integration into API Gateway
- Auto-notify customers when resource-level events occur and provide actionable information.
- Gave design proposals with different AWS services, made comparison and cost estimation.
- Collected logs from Execution Service, stored & queried data and emitted Silvermine events.
- Worked with Silvermine Team, deployed to several regions, and reduced burden on oncall.

8/2016 Interpreters Development Ithaca, NY
• Currently developing an arithmetic interpreter by creating a tree representation of the expression
and evaluating the expression from the tree or the corresponding linked list representation.
• Will develop and optimize a SQL interpreter to process the Select-From-Where queries.
4/2016 Raspberry Pi RoPet Ithaca, NY
• Developed a supervising robot on top of Raspberry Pi to watch pets remotely.
• Created a website with Django to remotely control the robot and transmit video stream in real time.
• Designed an auto-tracing algorithm to search pets with a Bluetooth Low Energy and integrated
face recognition to identify the direction.
3/2016 Operating System Course Projects Ithaca, NY
• Created a dynamic memory allocator which could set up, get, release and resize a block of memory.
• Built a multi-threaded mail server that supported SMTP mail transfer protocol to accept locally
delivered emails and append them to a local inbox.
• Implemented a log-structured file system that could create, delete and visit folders or files, list
contents of a folder, and write to a certain file.
11/2015 OsiriX Plugin Development on Mac Ithaca, NY
• Created a plugin for OsiriX to convert DICOM to QSM and R2* image series.
• Stored generated QSM and R2* image series into OsiriX database.
• Installed this plugin in the OsiriX Bundle to make it accessible by any user.
11/2015 Temple Game Ithaca, NY
• Developed a solution to find an Orb in a temple with DFS algorithm in Java;
• Used Dijkstra’s Shortest Paths algorithm to help the hero escape in a limited time.
9/2015 Website Design and Programming Ithaca, NY
• Created an animated website for 2016 Ithaca Apple Harvest Festival using HTML/CSS/JQuery;
• Designed a website for the SenseCornell club integrated with PHP-based interactivity.
