Now a days men’s are so busy in their work, so
they faces shortage of time and they can’t
spend time in shopping from the market. Our
targeted market is Karachi youth which is 38%
of all population of this city.
Our business idea is provide men’s accessories
to their doorsteps. Our company is belong to e-
commerce industry. We purchase man’s
accessories to whole seller and take order from
customer and deliver at their home.
We will make a company namely “bilzemfit.com” belongs to E-commerce Industry. Our initial capital
is Rs 60000. Our products are man accessories like shirts and wallets. Foremost we develop a
websites then start advertisement. We have goodwill in whole sale market so we can easily
purchase shirt on credit.
We are seven partners with equal investment. We share equal profit and loss. We all already have
equipment like bikes and computers. So we will not purchase any equipment. We will not hire any
worker in start of our business, because we will do all work by our self like supply of order to us
through website and we will deliver their order to their doorstep.
Marketing is a big challenge for us because we have big companies like daraz.pk and chase up etc
as our competitor. We try to focus on our product marketing with all modern techniques. We will
advertise our product on social media. We will compete with our competitors with cheap prize and
good quality with different packages. We know all our strength, weakness and threat so we will
carefully run our business
We assumed that we will achieve break even position is month with not liability and continuous
increasing of profit
First we start our business in all over the Karachi our 6 members work as deliver man. We
distribute all Karachi in six part each member has 1 area nearby their home.
We achieve our break even in 15 month and in 2017 we give order to manufacturer of shirts, they
will manufacture the shirts of our design and as well as we spread our business all over Karachi.
After 3 years we start our own factory. Our mission is to become No.1 Company of Pakistan.
