Re: Recommendation Letter for Kelsie Gissler
To Whom It May Concern:
Kelsie was a unique employee who deserves recognition for her abilities. She is very poised
and possesses many attributes which will make her successful in whatever task she undertakes.
I had the privilege of getting to know Kelsie in 2005 when she began working for Kroger as a
part-time employee and continued to work for the company after graduation. Eventually, she
earned full time status and multiple job titles, such as Assistant Customer Service Manager, Payroll
Specialist and District Self-Checkout Trainer.
Her duties included but were not limited to, writing weekly schedules, administer
bookkeeping, payroll and customer service, and taking care of any customer concerns. She also was
in charge of maintaining employee records and submitting reports of regular scheduled hours and
overtime use. Another one of her many responsibilities was to train and evaluate all self-checkout
attendants in fourteen different stores on new hardware and software developments on self-
checkout machines.
Kelsie’s warm, caring personality and natural ability to pick up new skills made it very easy
for her to succeed. She was a diligent employee who strived for perfection at all times. Kelsie
always planned ahead and set goals for herself. She was a very professional employee who was well
liked and respected by her peers and management. I know that she will be a great candidate for
your position.
Please feel free to contact me if you need further information.
