time you have to buy a pen, make sure you get a good night’s sleep and a good breakfast,
because buying a pen is a lot of hard work.

It is easy to make a new friend. First, watch the people around you to see who looks like
your kind of person. Second, talk to people who look like your kind of people. Third, invite
them to spend time with you. Fourth, introduce them to your other friends. Fifth, share a
few personal things with them. Sixth, find out what is important to them and show them
those things matter to you, too. If you follow these six steps, you will have some very good
friends no matter where you are.
How I Choose Girl's Gift ( Cách chọn quà cho gái)
I got this process recalling the time when I gave present to girl for the first time. Although
I am not suave and debonair man and I always wear loose fitting clothes so that I can sit
on a library chair for a long time and I am definitely boring boy from countryside. First,
you should talk a lot with person who you want to give present to know what he/she wants.
Second, you better consider receiver's situation. I decided to give her a gift card of E-mart.
This card can help to fill her refrigerator with delicious food and she can start to cook
delicious food. Finally, for the perfect gift not only choosing gift but also manner of giving
present is very important. I waited her birthday and gave it to her on that day 7 o'clock in
the morning which would be probably the first time when she just opened her eyes. The
result? She really liked it.

My friend in the classroom is nervous, he is always angry, always speaks out loud, he fights
a lot with others, he is strong and he practices violent sports. He loves wrestling and hurts
his friends so much , as he shamelessly pronounces bad words, so we lodged a complaint
to the principal. We wrote in the complaint that all the bad deeds happen from him, the
school director punished him, and advised him to be quiet and gentle with his friends. Now
he is polite and kind, loves his friends a lot and spends weekends with them, and we are
delighted by his new behavior.

A succesful person (Một người thành công)
Success will never come when one gives up trying to reach it. Success is primarily a result
of the effort one puts in. The one who has the greatest amount of hardwork, dedication, and
skill, will be the one who becomes most successful. Hard work, dedication, and skill are
all three difficult goals to be the best at. Once one meets success they must keep working
hard, dedicate themselves, and keep a high skill level to stay in the category of success.
If one thinks positive and works hard to meet their full potential, the chances of them
reaching success are much greater. Ahard worker may not be the best at everything because
of the lack of talent, but they will definitely be one of the best. The effort and time a hard
worker puts in gets the job done better than any other. A writer Skip Peterson was told that
he couldn’t do things and it made him work harder. So think positive through all the
difficult issues. Having the skills to meet goals is extremely important. Getting to ones
maximum potential involves a great amount of skill. Hard work and dedication alone will
make a person successful but adding skill into the combination will make the person more
successful than one could ever imagine.
Hard work, dedication, and skill leads to a tremendously successful person. Being
successful will make you a happier person in the long run. So keep that in mind when you
feel like giving up. Keep striving for the goal, work hard, don├втВмтДвt give up and
success will come on its own.

Decribe Dong Ha Park building (Tòa nhà Dong Ha Park)
I have had the opportunity to see several impressive buildings in different cities of my
country. But, they look so impressive and unique that it has become very difficult to choose
one over the others as far as their looks and architectural designs are concerned. However,
there is one building which looks way more impressive to me than other buildings, and I
would like to provide some information on it here.
I am talking about “Dong Ha Park”. This building is so huge, with a gross leasable area of
614,586 square feet, that even though the construction of this building started in 2002, it
was actually completed in the year of 2013.
Anyway, I have seen it many times, and when I saw it for the first time about a few years
ago, all I could see was a gigantic building, standing tall with its 7 floors. The building also
had a tower-like entrance which was made of large tower constructions and beautiful
looking glass. I am not a building expert, but when I went inside the building, I saw that
all kinds of best quality building materials like silicone, aluminium and expensive glasses
were used to construct it.
The building impressed me because it was a “mini modern city” by itself with its own
power plant, indoor transportation facilities, facilities for live entertainment, theme park,
gymnasium, swimming pool, health club, food court, world-class movie theatre and Wi-Fi
internet system. Besides, the interior of the building was so spacious one could literally get

lost in it while looking at its elegant interior and decoration. All in all, it was a building
worth visiting.

Folk Stories (Truyện dân gian)
Folk tales are one of the oldest forms of narrative storytelling. Although entirely fictional,
the narrative of a folk story is based around cultural identity and values that can be passed
on to each subsequent generation. They often include oral elements like proverbs, jokes,
songs, common expressions, and sayings that are specific to that group or subculture.
Novels (Tiểu thuyết)
Novels are the narrative form most people are familiar with. They’re typically longer works
that are written in prose and published as books. The earliest novel is thought to have been
written in the 11th century, and there is much debate over the standard length for this type
of narrative, with novellas falling somewhere between novels and short stories.
Have an accident (Gặp tai nạn)
I have a terrifying experience. That was the first time I had a motorbike accident. That is
why I still do not dare to drive a motorbike. That day it rained heavily, my sister drove me
to school. Due to the rain, the road was very slippery, there was a car rushing towards us.
Both my sister and I were in a panic at that time. Our car collapsed and was on my leg.
Thinking about it alone, I was able to feel the pain of that moment. Feeling bad.
Fortunately, the other car brakes in time. Then I was admitted to the hospital. My left leg
was broken at the time and I needed to be in a wheelchair. Until now, every time I ride on
a motorbike, I feel nervous. This was not a very pleasant experience but it helped me and
my sister get closer.
My Past (Quá khứ của tôi)
The passing past leaves in our hearts many memories. There are painful memories but also
many sweet memories in the past. Before, my family was very poor. My parents had to get
up very early to go to work. My family lives in a shabby house. Despite the difficulties,
my family loves each other very much. Thanks to my parents’ relentless efforts, we are
now able to live in a larger and cleaner house. The hard past helped me appreciate the good
things of the present.
5. Opinion paragraphs/essays: Theo quan điểm cá nhân, chọn

I don’t think that teenagers are too young to teach other people about anything. Of course,
they can’t know very well some things, for example: some scientific theories, history,
mathematic at all and etc, but a lot of teenagers know a lot about technology. It’s normal
for them to spend a lot of time with computer, different gadgets.
Most of them know, how these gadgets work, so they can explain other people different
moments of their working. My Granny often asks to me for a piece of advice about her
mobile phone. Teenagers’ knowledge about technology usually based on practice, so often
they don’t know about process of creating the phone, the TV, etc. They really shouldn’t try
to tell about things, which they don’t know. People don’t need special knowledge about
our world to make it better. Teenagers have a lot of time for help the environment and
sometimes they tell about it people, who usually are very busy and couldn’t notice the
awful problems.
So they can and must tell and teach people to help our planet. In my opinion, teenagers
shouldn’t teach other people about things, which they know very bad, it may be only funny
and of course they ought to teach other people and help them with things, which they know
very good. Today all people have opportunity to learn everything, what they want. They
can search information in the Internet, in books and the age doesn’t matter.
Some people believe that violence on television and in computer games has a
damaging effect on the society. Others deny that these factors have any significant
influence on people's behaviour. What is your opinion?(Một số người tin rằng bạo lực

These days, the amount of violence in media is growing. While some people argue that this
trend will undoubtedly lead humans to dangerous future, others claim that it has no
damaging effect on the society. I believe that in most cases media violence doesn't affect
people's behavior.
Firstly, I think that people act from their motives, regardless what they see on the television.
That is to say, if someone intends to do harm to somebody, that is not because of watching
TV or playing computer games, but due to that person's character and education. Although
it is generally considered that violent media accustoms viewers to cruelty, I doubt this
opinion. In my view, reasonable and intelligent people treat others humanely irrespective
of what they see or hear in fictional stories.
Moreover, video games and television may even reduce social violence by providing a safe
outlet for aggressiveness. In other words, truculent people may fight in virtual reality
instead of evincing their combative spirit in real world. This may not only help those
people, but also reduce the level of social violence in long-term perspective.

Finally, despite many claims and assumptions about negative effects of television and
computer games I have never seen any proven connection between violent media and
illegal activities in social life.
Taking everything into consideration, I would say that violence in contemporary media has
no substantial influence on people's behavior. Television and computers are not the main
factors that shape personal character, and they can even be useful in reducing the level of
violence.

In modern society, the number of fast-food restaurants has recentlyincreased. This essay
will discuss the main reasons of this epidemic andthen describe the possible effects of this
problem. In my point of view, the foremost causes of the popularity of junk foodrestaurants
are the high demand of customers and the improvementsof the products and services.
Today most people work full day with alunch break of limited time and in the family, both
husband and wifetend to have a job so they do not have enough time to cook forthemselves
and their children.
Eventually, people are more likely tohave ready- meal food at KFC or Mc’s Donald or any
brand of fast foodrestaurants. Moreover, these kinds of brand has been developing
theirfood quality, service by having their free delivery online for customersand diverse
taste which cannot be found anywhere else.The possible effects of this problem include
health issues and inactivelife style. Most junk food contains calories from refined sugar
and fatsand also other additives which could cause someone to eat it more andmore. Thus,
this will easily lead to obesity and then diabetes or heartdiseases and even cancers.
In addition, people do not tend to go to themarket and buy fresh food to cook anymore.
Then in that case, a wholesociety will change completely. To sum up, the popularity has
affected many people. It mainly causedby the high demand and the improvement of their
fast food chain andresults in severe health problems and inactive life style.
Cycling is more environmentally - friendly than other types of transport. Why is it

The air we breathe today is full of toxic and hazardous pollution. Pollution is a big problem
to our health and the environment. Pollution is created by individuals, communities or
industries that collect and dispose of pollutants improperly. Pollution can be classified into
two sections, visible air pollution and invisible air pollution. Here are the causes and effects
on pollution.

Burning of fossil fuels like coal, petroleum and other factory combustibles is one major
cause of air pollution, also vehicles like cars, trains and airplanes cause a big amount of air
pollution. Carbon monoxide is a poisonous, odorless, colorless gas that is formed when
burning fossil fuels such as coal, petroleum and natural gas. We rely on these fossil fuels
to fulfil our daily needs of transportation but the overuse is killing our environment. All
these things cause Smog to form, smog is a yellowish or blackish fog formed mainly by a
mixture of pollutants, when a city or town gets covered by smog the effects are felt
immediately.
The effects of air pollution are alarming. They are known to create several heart and
respiratory conditions along with cancer and other threats to the body. In large cities, over
eighty percent of fatal pollutants that cause lung damage come from cars, buses,
motorcycles and other vehicles on the road. Air pollution affects more kids than adults due
to higher concentrations of polluted air in their systems per body size. Millions of people
are known to have died due to the effects of Air pollution. Pollution is greatly affecting the
ozone layer which is responsible for protecting humans from harmful ultraviolet rays; the
ozone layer can become thinner and thinner with all these chemicals being released into
the air. As the ozone layer gets thinner it will throw off harmful rays back on earth and can
cause skin and eye problems and also affect crops.
Some solutions for air pollution are to encourage people to use more and more public
modes of transportation to reduce pollution, like carpooling. Conserving energy like
switching off fans and lights when you aren't using them, we can save the environment by
reducing the amount of fossil fuels being burnt. We also need to understand the concept of
reduce, reuse and recycle. We can use clean energy technologies like solar, wind.
In conclusion, air pollution is a negative externality that can cost civilization. Air Pollution
affects living things negatively. In order to reduce pollution, government can make policies
and regulations that could raise carbon tax, promote changing to different energy sources,
make regulations to ban pollutants and pollution permits, and lastly changing consumer
behavior by advertising other better alternatives that can be used to reduce pollution such
as solar energy which is clean and renewable power from the sun or buying electric cars.
In order to fix the issue, the government should enforce conservation methods such as using
public transportation to go places.

There have been many advances in technology over the past fifty years. These have
revolutionized the way we communicate with people who are far away. Compare and
contrast methods of communication used today with those which were used in the

Before the advent of computers and modern technology, people communicating over long
distances used traditional means such as letters and the telephone. Nowadays we have a
vast array of communication tools which can complete this task, ranging from email to
instant messaging and video calls. While the present and previous means of communication
are similar in their general form, they differ in regard to their speed and the range of tools
available.
One similarity between current and previous methods of communication relates to the form
of communication. In the past, both written forms such as letters were frequently used, in
addition to oral forms such as telephone calls. Similarly, people nowadays use both of these
forms. Just as in the past, written forms of communication are prevalent, for example via
email and text messaging. In addition, oral forms are still used, including the telephone,
mobile phone, and voice messages via instant messaging services.
However, there are clearly many differences in the way we communicate over long
distances, the most notable of which is speed. This is most evident in relation to written
forms of communication. In the past, letters would take days to arrive at their destination.
In contrast, an email arrives almost instantaneously and can be read seconds after it was
sent. In the past, if it was necessary to send a short message, for example at work, a memo
could be passed around the office, which would take some time to circulate. This is
different from the current situation, in which a text message can be sent immediately.
Another significant difference is the range of communication methods. Fifty years ago, the
tools available for communicating over long distances were primarily the telephone and
the letter. By comparison, there are a vast array of communication methods available today.
These include not only the telephone, letter, email and text messages already mentioned,
but also video conferences via software such as Skype or mobile phone apps such as
WeChat, and social media such as Facebook and Twitter.
In conclusion, methods of communication have greatly advanced over the past fifty years.
While there are some similarities, such as the forms of communication, there are significant
differences, chiefly in relation to the speed of communication and the range of
communication tools available. There is no doubt that technology will continue to progress
in future, and the advanced tools which we use today may one day also become outdated.
Similarities and Differences Between Thor and Zeus (Điểm tương đồng và khác biệt

In greek mythology, Zeus caused all of this. In Norse, they thought that Thor did it. They
are both the god of lightning, and they both very powerful gods. they both had short
tempers. Despite how similar they are; they are also very different! Thor loves his father,
unlike Zeus who hates his dad. Thor had a hammer while Zeus had lightning bolts.

Another example on how they are different, is that Thor loves his father, and Zeus wants
to kill his dad. Thor's father, Odin, respects Thor, and appreciate him. Zeus on the other
hand hates his father, Cronos, wanted to eat him to get power.
One way they are similar in the way that they are both very power gods. Zeus (in greek
mythology) was the ruler of all the sky. He had thunderbolts that he would throw down to
earth. Thor was pretty much only thunder. he had a hammer that would let him fly, shout
lightning, and many more things.
On many occasions, both Thor, and Zeus exhibited the same behavior. For example; when
thor was called by his father, Odin, to kill a frost giant that was intoxicated, and distorting
property. Thor gets so angry, that he kills in one hit even when it has a shield. One time,
Zeus had a big battle with typhoon for no big reason, he was just real mad.
Another difference that they both have is that; Zeus has lightning bolts that he can throw
down to earth. he has exquisite accuracy and could even hit a specific person from all the
way up in the clouds. Thor has his hammer which gives him the ability to fry, have amazing
super strength, and have the power of thunder!
They both are very amazing gods, with many similarities, and differences. I think that that
would be the most fun to be a thunder god, because they have so many special things.
Online Vs Traditional Classes: is One More Effective than The Other? ( Các lớp học

Modern technology has infiltrated the education sector and as a result, many college
students now prefer taking online classes, as opposed to attending the traditional regular
classes. This is because online classes are convenient for such students, and more so for
those who have to both work and attend classes.
As such, online learning gives them the flexibility that they needed. In addition, online
learning also gives an opportunity to students and professionals who would not have
otherwise gone back to school to get the necessary qualifications. However, students who
have enrolled for online learning do not benefit from the one-on-one interaction with their
peers and teachers. The essay shall endeavor to examine the differences between online
classes and the traditional classes, with a preference for the later.
This is beneficial to both the leaner and the instructors because both can be bale to establish
a bond. In addition, student attending the traditional classroom often have to adhere to strict
guidelines that have been established by the learning institution. As such, students have to
adhere to the established time schedules. On the other hand, students attending online
classes can learn at their own time and pace.
With the traditional classes, students are rarely provided with the course materials by their
instructors, and they are therefore expected to take their own notes. This is important
because they are likely to preserve such note and use them later on in their studies. In

contrast, online students are provided with course materials in the form of video or audio
texts.
They can also download such course materials online. Such learning materials can be
deleted or lost easily compared with handwritten class notes, and this is a risk. Although
the basic requirements for a student attending online classes are comparatively les in
comparison to students attending traditional classes, nonetheless, it is important to note
that online students are also expected to be internet savvy because all learning takes place
online.
This would be a disadvantage for the regular student; only that internet savvy is not a
requirement. Students undertaking online learning are likely to be withdrawn because they
hardly interact one-on-one with their fellow online students or even their instructors. The
only form of interaction is online. As such, it becomes hard for them to develop a special
bond with other students and instructors. With traditional learning however, students have
the freedom to interact freely and this helps to strengthen their existing bond.
Online learning is convenient and has less basic requirements compared with traditional
learning. It also allows learners who would have ordinarily not gone back to school to
access an education. However, online students do not benefit from a close interaction with
their peers and instructors as do their regular counterparts. Also, regular students can
engage their instructors more easily and relatively faster in case they want to have certain
sections of the course explained, unlike online students.
