Prof. Rashinkar Devdatta
The main objective of our education system is to bring about desired changes in
children ,means overall development of a child.
Educational objectives are steps in the achievement of educational aims.
Objectives are expected changes in behaviour in a child after a fixed time period.
Content is a learning part of every subject. Normally , the matter given a textbook of
a particular subject is known as content of that subject.
Learning experience is the interaction of the learner and the situation provided by
the teacher.
Learning experiences are students activities planned with specific purpose of
producing desired change.
Educational evaluation may be defined as a systematic process of determining the
extent to which educational objectives are achieved by pupils.
शैक्षणिक उद्दीष्टे, अध्ययन अनुभव, आशय आणि मूल्मापन
याांच्यातील सांबांध
• बालकाांमध्ये अपेक्षित बदल घडवून आणणे म्हणजे बालकाचा सवाांगीण क्षवकास करणे हा
आपल्या क्षििण पद्धतीचा मुख्य उद्देि आहे.
• िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे ही िैिक्षणक साध्ये साध्य करण्याचे टप्पे आहेत.
• ठराक्षवक कालावधीनांतर बालकाांच्या वततनात अपेक्षित बदल म्हणजे उक्षद्दष्टे होय.
• आिय हा प्रत्येक क्षवषयाचा अध्ययनाचा भाग आहे. साधारणपणे, एखाद्या क्षवक्षिष्ट क्षवषयाचे
पाठ्यपुस्तकात क्षदलेल्या बाबी त्या क्षवषयाचा आिय म्हणून ओळखली जातात.
• अध्ययन अनुभव म्हणजे क्षवद्यार्थ्ातचा सांवाद आक्षण क्षििकाने क्षदलेली पररस्थथती.
• अधययन अनुभव म्हणजे इस्ित बदल घडवून आणण्याच्या क्षवक्षिष्ट उद्देिाने क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांच्या
क्षनयोक्षजत क्षियाकलाप आहेत.
• िैिक्षणक मूल्यमापन ही क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांनी िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे क्षकती प्रमाणात साध्य क
े ली आहेत हे
ठरवण्याची पद्धतिीर प्रक्षिया म्हणून पररभाक्षषत क
े ले जाऊ िकते.

Relationship between educational objectives, learning
experiences, content and evaluation.
Educational objectives are decided according to our national objectives.
Education is the most important tool of achieving our national objectives.
Ex:- Preparing good citizens of India, Preparing best engineers, doctors, scientists etc.
These national objectives can be achieved only through education.
The first step in both teaching and evaluation is that of determining the learning outcomes to be expected
from class room instructions.
What kind of behaviour changes are expected in the children? are objectives.
We frame our curriculum and syllabus means content of each subject so as to bring about expected
behaviour changes (Objectives) . We decide evaluation strategies according to educational objectives.
Teacher provide learning experiences according to educational objectives to be achieved.
आपल्या राष्टर ीय उक्षद्दष्टाांनुसार िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे ठरवली जातात.
आपली राष्टर ीय उक्षद्दष्टे साध्य करण्यासाठी क्षििण हे सवातत महत्त्वाचे साधन आहे.
उदा:- भारताचे चाांगले नागररक तयार करणे, उत्तम अक्षभयांते, डॉक्टर, िास्त्रज्ञ इत्यादी तयार करणे.
ही राष्टर ीय उक्षद्दष्टे क्षििणातूनच साध्य होऊ िकतात.
अध्यापन आक्षण मूल्यमापन या दोन्ीांमधली पक्षहली पायरी म्हणजे वगत खोलीच्या सूचनाांमधून अपेक्षित अध्ययन क्षनष्पत्ती
क्षनक्षित करणे.
मुलाांमध्ये कोणत्या प्रकारचे वततन बदल अपेक्षित आहेत? याला उक्षद्दष्ट म्हणतात.
आम्ही आमचा अभ्यासिम आक्षण अभ्यासिम म्हणजे प्रत्येक क्षवषयाची सामग्री तयार करतो जेणेकरून अपेक्षित वततन
बदल (उक्षद्दष्टे) घडवून आणता येतील. आपण िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टाांनुसार मूल्यमापन धोरण ठरवतो. क्षििक साध्य
करावयाच्या िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टाांनुसार अध्ययनाचे अनुभव देतात.
Content (Syllabus) of each subject is prepared according to educational objectives.
Content of each subject gives direction to teachers and students in achieving educational objectives. Content
can be taught with the help of various learning experiences. Evaluation strategies are based on content of
subject.
Learning experiences are provided by teachers to students according to content and to fulfill the educational
objectives.
Learning experiences based on objectives should be arranged and accordingly the assessment (evaluation) of
the student takes place.
For example, if the teacher wants to develop Mathematical abilities in children he/she has to give the learning
experiences related to objectives and the same is assessed to verify the achievement of objectives.
प्रत्येक क्षवषयाची सामग्री (अभ्यासिम/आिय) िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टाांनुसार तयार क
े ली जाते.
प्रत्येक क्षवषयाची सामग्री क्षििक आक्षण क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांना िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे साध्य करण्यासाठी क्षदिा देते. क्षवक्षवध
अध्ययनाच्या अनुभवाांच्या मदतीने आिय क्षिकवला जाऊ िकतो . मूल्यमापन धोरण क्षवषयाच्या आियावर
आधाररत असतो.
क्षििकाांद्वारे क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांना आियानुसार आक्षण िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे पूणत करण्यासाठी अध्ययन अनुभव क्षदले
जातात.
उक्षद्दष्टाांवर आधाररत अध्ययन अनुभवाांची माांडणी करावी आक्षण त्यानुसार क्षवद्यार्थ्ातचे मूल्यमापन (मूल्याांकन)
होते.
उदाहरणाथत, जर क्षििकाला मुलाांमध्ये गक्षणतीय िमता क्षवकक्षसत करायच्या असतील तर त्याला/क्षतला
उक्षद्दष्टाांिी सांबांक्षधत अध्ययन अनुभव द्यावे लागतील आक्षण उक्षद्दष्टाांच्या प्राप्तीची पडताळणी करण्यासाठी त्याचे
मूल्यमापन क
े ले जाईल.

Evaluation of students is planned according to educational objectives and to check whether our
educational objectives are achieved or not.
Ex:- If our objective is “ Student solves problems on Volume and surface area”, then questions
related to Volume and surface area should be there in evaluation.
Evaluation is also done according to content and learning experiences provided to students.
Ex:- If content is Nouns , types of nouns , adjectives , adverbs and learning experiences are
provided according to content then evaluation should be done according to content and learning
experiences.
िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टाांनुसार आक्षण आपली िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे साध्य होतात की नाही हे तपासण्यासाठी क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांच्या
मूल्यमापनाचे क्षनयोजन क
े ले जाते .
उदा:- जर आपला उद्देि "क्षवद्याथी घनफळ आक्षण पृष्ठफळ च्या समस्या सोडवतो" असा असेल, तर घनफळ
आक्षण पृष्ठफळ िेत्रािी सांबांक्षधत प्रश्न मूल्यमापनात असले पाक्षहजेत.
क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांना प्रदान क
े लेला आिय आक्षण अध्ययन अनुभवाांनुसार देखील मूल्यमापन क
े ले जाते.
उदा:- जर आिय ही सांज्ञा, सांज्ञाांचे प्रकार, क्षविेषण, क्षियाक्षविेषण असतील आक्षण अध्ययन अनुभव
आियानुसार क्षदलेले असतील तर आिय आक्षण अध्ययन अनुभवाांनुसार मूल्यमापन क
े ले पाक्षहजे.

Learning experiences are provided by teachers to students according to content and to fulfill the educational objectives. Learning experiences based on objectives should be arranged and accordingly the assessment (evaluation) of the student takes place. For example, if the teacher wants to develop Mathematical abilities in children he/she has to give the learning experiences related to objectives and the same is assessed to verify the achievement of objectives. प्रत्येक क्षवषयाची सामग्री (अभ्यासिम/आिय) िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टाांनुसार तयार क े ली जाते. प्रत्येक क्षवषयाची सामग्री क्षििक आक्षण क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांना िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे साध्य करण्यासाठी क्षदिा देते. क्षवक्षवध अध्ययनाच्या अनुभवाांच्या मदतीने आिय क्षिकवला जाऊ िकतो . मूल्यमापन धोरण क्षवषयाच्या आियावर आधाररत असतो. क्षििकाांद्वारे क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांना आियानुसार आक्षण िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे पूणत करण्यासाठी अध्ययन अनुभव क्षदले जातात. उक्षद्दष्टाांवर आधाररत अध्ययन अनुभवाांची माांडणी करावी आक्षण त्यानुसार क्षवद्यार्थ्ातचे मूल्यमापन (मूल्याांकन) होते. उदाहरणाथत, जर क्षििकाला मुलाांमध्ये गक्षणतीय िमता क्षवकक्षसत करायच्या असतील तर त्याला/क्षतला उक्षद्दष्टाांिी सांबांक्षधत अध्ययन अनुभव द्यावे लागतील आक्षण उक्षद्दष्टाांच्या प्राप्तीची पडताळणी करण्यासाठी त्याचे मूल्यमापन क े ले जाईल.   • 7. Evaluation of students is planned according to educational objectives and to check whether our educational objectives are achieved or not. Ex:- If our objective is “ Student solves problems on Volume and surface area”, then questions related to Volume and surface area should be there in evaluation. Evaluation is also done according to content and learning experiences provided to students. Ex:- If content is Nouns , types of nouns , adjectives , adverbs and learning experiences are provided according to content then evaluation should be done according to content and learning experiences. िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टाांनुसार आक्षण आपली िैिक्षणक उक्षद्दष्टे साध्य होतात की नाही हे तपासण्यासाठी क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांच्या मूल्यमापनाचे क्षनयोजन क े ले जाते . उदा:- जर आपला उद्देि "क्षवद्याथी घनफळ आक्षण पृष्ठफळ च्या समस्या सोडवतो" असा असेल, तर घनफळ आक्षण पृष्ठफळ िेत्रािी सांबांक्षधत प्रश्न मूल्यमापनात असले पाक्षहजेत. क्षवद्यार्थ्ाांना प्रदान क े लेला आिय आक्षण अध्ययन अनुभवाांनुसार देखील मूल्यमापन क े ले जाते. उदा:- जर आिय ही सांज्ञा, सांज्ञाांचे प्रकार, क्षविेषण, क्षियाक्षविेषण असतील आक्षण अध्ययन अनुभव आियानुसार क्षदलेले असतील तर आिय आक्षण अध्ययन अनुभवाांनुसार मूल्यमापन क े ले पाक्षहजे.
