Introduction
● The amount of digital data in the universe is growing at an exponential rate.
● Nowadays, database systems suffer from some fundamental flaws related to
privacy and security.
● Health is one of the sectors where data is generated exponentially.
● But not properly managed and controlled by single govern body.
● Each system may have been developed independently and might generate
and store the data in its own particular format,
● Due to this factor, not fully utilized the health records even in the
information age.

Problem Statement
● Firstly, User or patients data are stored by the health organization rather
than patient.
● Secondly, the Paper based records are scattered as a meaning less
information.
● Third, Data is stored mostly in a centralized database which create more
complex for access control and grant mechanism and major problems like
data hacks, data breach, etc

Literature Review
● E-health record- E-Estonia
● Capable of maintaining each patient’s health record providing
features
● Centralized database

Objectives
1. To provide a platform, users/patients will be owning and controlling
access to their healthcare data and availability of a patient's health history
as healthcare records.
2. To store encrypted data on a decentralized network, so that no single
institution can be robbed or hacked to obtain large number of patient
records.
3. To add patient’s prescription and lab reports
4. To add permanent consenters for each patient and allow multiple level
of access mechanism for health record

To store encrypted data on a decentralized network, so that no single institution can be robbed or hacked to obtain large number of patient records. 3.
