Our Experience
Frants Lasse Becker, cofounder of BAS International, has a strong track record and broad
transferable professional experience in domestic and international (US, Canada, and Europe)
economic, business, and market development. He is a resultsoriented, experienced handson
manager with a mature value system. He is a senior management consultant and advisor with a
broad network of contacts for employers. He has extensive experience of working in
multistakeholder and multicultural environments in a wide range of industries in the public and
private sectors. He is experienced in project management, project development, project
financing, and in providing consulting and financial advisory services to private companies
seeking to expand foreign operations, with initial emphasis on small and medium sized projects
in a broad range of sectors including: energy, environment, waste, medical, automotive,
composites, tire and rubber, general manufacturing, and IT/Communications. Frants attended
Harvard Business School. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Harvard
Business School Alumni Club in Washington, DC.
Neena Sachdev, MBA, PMP, cofounder of BAS International, is a resultsoriented manager
with a proven track record in strategic planning, budget and financial management, and
program/project management. During her career, she has managed diverse sets of
stakeholders, personnel, processes, and programs and projects. She is a visionoriented
problem solver with a proven ability to apply diverse knowledge, skills and experiences in
complex situations, intuit solutions and realize goals. Prior to founding BAS International, she
worked both in the US and internationally with clients in Asia, North America, and Europe. She
has also worked with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, BoozAllen and
Hamilton, and Accenture. Neena holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of
Business, as well as an active internationally recognized Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification.
