The proposed framework follows a competency-based and outcomes-based education approach using skills-based, student-centered, and action learning models with multimedia enrichment and portfolio-based assessments. Features include a glossary, YouTube references, blogs, reminders, graphic organizers, cross-referencing, and an index.
