Classification of Bangladeshi Workers
Industrialization in Bangladesh:
• The rate of GDP growth accelerated in Bangladesh since the
beginning of the 1990s.
• The product account of the GDP in Bangladesh is usually classified
into three broad categories: Agriculture, Industries (consisting of
large, medium and small- scale industries, construction, utilities and
mining) and Services.
The contribution of Industry Sector to GDP is progressively increasing in
Bangladesh.
What are the causes of industrial backwardness
in Bangladesh explain?
• lack of positive and favorable industrial policy,
• small savings,
• want of capital,
• lack of infrastructural facilities,
• lack of technological knowledge
• unskilled manpower,
• political instability,
• and lack of proper govt policy.
