Irvine, California, March 1, 2011 – JudeFrances Jewelry co-founders Jude Steele and Frances
Gadbois announce their new direct sales fashion jewelry company, bamboopink by
JudeFrances. Partnering with successful real estate entrepreneur and wardrobe consultant,
Debbie Millar, bamboopink by JudeFrances intends to fill the gap in the direct sales
jewelry market by offering classic, sexy, and elegant jewelry that is still affordable fashion.
Steele, Gadbois, and Millar have built their company with the entrepreneur in mind; focusing
on the ever-changing business world, bamboopink by JudeFrances was created to foster
financial freedom in today’s volatile economy.

According to the Direct Selling Association (www.dsa.org), in 2009 the direct selling industry
did an estimated $28.33 billion in sales and had an estimated 16.1 million sales people. Millar
states, “In the past year alone there has been close to $700 million in direct sales jewelry
company acquisitions by Fortune 500 companies and investors that see the jewelry arena as
an important element in the direct selling market.” According to Steele, “bamboopink will
operate on the direct selling model but will offer several unique advantages. Our consultants
will build their ‘power teams’ and hold ‘trunk shows’ to showcase the jewelry, start selling,
