6. Conclusions
CDM at BJS, just one goal & two parallel paths• One mandatory requirement
in order to improve the
baggage performance on a
Hub Airport is to really
establish a CDM daily work
between: Airport
Authority, BHS provider &
most representative ground
handler provider
• It is essential to define
short/medium & long term
mutual goals it´s .
• Gathering all points of
view, there will be created a
robust and successful mode
of work
