This document provides instructions for singles and doubles badminton scoring. For singles: the server alternates sides each point, serving from the right when the score is even and left when odd. The receiver stands diagonally opposite. A game is won by reaching 21 points or more with a 2 point lead. A match consists of best-of-three games. For doubles: pairs score points instead of individuals. At 0-0 the serving pair chooses the server and sides. When the serving side wins, the server switches sides but stays serving. Players remember their assigned service courts which don't change, only the server switches sides when their team wins the point.
