Why we choose bacon for dessert? everyone loves bacon and a majority of us like dessert too Bacon is in everyone’s consideration’s set for all meal’s choices, except for dessert. covers all meals of the day including breakfast, lunch and dinner except for dessert we want to expand it to dessert Something special about that sweet and salty combination for us to discover
  2. Sample is not large enough. (Common defeats of Qualitative research) The interview process cannot go very deep. It’s a challenge to dig deep into our interviewee's mind due to time consume and lack of experience. (Ask more questions) Some respondents are not native speakers in English, so they may not fully express their thoughts. (Use mother tongue/Note down some key words)
  3. Add one more video of why they wanna try it?
  4. The results strongly supported our hypothesis, that people don’t think bacon as a dessert.And from our research, we can conclude three hurdles that we may face in futurepersuasion. First, from the doodles we can see that people have never considered thecombination of bacon and dessert, in their current consumption patterns. The secondhurdle is that, people pay huge attention to the visual attractiveness of the food before theymake the choice and have an actual taste. But unfortunately, some of the existing “bacondesserts” are not visually appealing at all, which will lead to some terrible imagination andexpectation about their taste. The last hurdle is about the flavor. Most people will think itweird to combine the sweetness and saltiness.That is the end of the research and hurdles part.
