City CU Recognized Twice for Excellence in 2015
Dallas, TX: City Credit Union (City CU) was recognized for excellence twice in 2015 by two independent
rating companies that evaluate the financial performance and strength of banks and credit unions across
the nation.
In December 2015, City CU was awarded Five Stars, the highest rating possible, from the nation’s leading
independent bank-rating firm BauerFinancial, Inc. Employing a complex and rigorous scoring regimen,
BauerFinancial awarded City CU its top rating as a testament to its financial performance, stability and
strong management. To earn the Five Star rating, City CU needed to report not only impressive capital
levels but also a strong loan portfolio.
In addition, City CU received an “A+” rating earlier in 2015 from DepositAccounts.com for Overall
Institutional Health. This award is based on DepositAccounts.com performance metrics, which include
asset quality, deposit account growth rates and overall capitalization levels.
