AWStats is a log analyzer tool that provides real-time web, FTP, mail and streaming server statistics. It analyzes server log files to generate advanced reports on metrics like visits, visitors, traffic and bandwidth. The tool requires access to server log files and the Perl script. It can be set up for various web and internet servers to dynamically view statistics through a web browser or command line interface.
