aged, evaluated and developed University lands for investment and educational purposes.
This included residential, recreational/commercial subdivisions, timber sales; land/building
acquisitions and sales, residential/commercial leases, mineral leases; oil/gas leases; material
sales; easements and permits.
 Director of Sales and Marketing for CY Investments – Prudential Jack White Vista Real Es-
tate, one of Anchorage’s most well-known land Developers. Represented some of Anchor-
age’s top new construction builders like Hagmeier Homes, Hultquist Homes, Petersen Group,
L&B Construction, J.C. Custom Homes and Carr-Gottstein Properties.
 Regional Manager of the Crye-Leike Realtors Arkansas with 207 real estate professionals.
While in this position I coordinated the opening of seven branch offices, including account
setup, accounting training, business and licensing setup, MLS coordination and clerical hir-
ing. I provided office and systems training for each branch office as well as inter-company
support and branch manager support.
 Have had the opportunity to work in many different markets including, Colorado, California,
Utah, New Mexico, Arkansas & Alaska.
 I have helped hundreds of homebuyers & home sellers, find, build or sell their homes.
 Currently I am a member of the Jack White Management Team and run the New Licensee
Boot Camp Program for brand new licensees.
 In my spare time, my spouse and I enjoy kayaking, camping, fishing, four-wheeling, downhill
skiing, wine making and spending time with our 2 Pekingese & Yorkshire Terrier.
