Thanks to its new C-Frame technology, XC10-1100 reaches
all necessary inspection areas without any dead-zones.
High performed fully controlled servo axes makes it one of
the fastest inline casting inspection systems.
Based on integrated automatic type recognition, XC10-1100
can be used for different casting parts without any delays.
When production changes to a different product, the
product specific inlet plate can be replaced within extremely
short time.

The new C-frame is designed to take 360° all around view of
any specific area of the casting part. This function can be
used at any time during the regular inspection and is stored
as a complete 360° view video.
The wide lead glass window gives excellent view during
teach-in and regular operation.
Integrated touch-pads allow real-time manipulation of all
axis during teach-in, automatic and regular operation.

ADR Software
The user interface of the ADR software is
structured very straightforward, and a lot of visual
tools support the user setting of a specific
inspection program within short time and in an
intuitive and easy to learn fashion.
The human machine interface is designed
according to the rules of ergonomic workplaces
and is to be used for regular operation as well as
teach-in process.
Especially during teach-in process the operator
needs a good view into the machine and onto
the parts while it is being moved into the specific
positions.
