First Iteration
This ad-hoc automated report was designed to aid in monitoring inventory levels.
Import raw data from spreadsheets created by the ERP system (image 1 & 2)•
Perform necessary calculations to determine the dates inventory would run low and/or be depleted•
Highlights low inventory & depleted inventory (image 3)•
Transpose data & calculations into columns making it easier to see how the processed orders will affect inventory levels in the long/short term•
Generalize the process so it can be used for multiple accounts•

Second Iteration
After discussing with our production manager, I incorporated an additional feature that would create a calendar which would aid in prioritizing the items &
quantities that needed to be produced on a weekly and monthly basis.
Add each item to the calendar on the day its inventory would be depleted•
Calculates the weekly total quantity of each item that had to be produced that week.•
The ideal report would allow me to select which items to add to the calendar and automatically : (image 4 & 5)
