This document provides information about a free leadership workshop for Phillips County youth ages 14-18 held at Phillips County Community College from August 1st to the 3rd. The workshop will teach skills like meeting skills, speech writing, public speaking, listening skills, and problem solving. Each day will focus on different skills and activities - the first day will cover introductions, speech writing, and evaluations. The second day will include community panels, committee groups, and a problem solving exercise focused on improving something about Phillips County. The third day will continue the problem solving work and have groups present their community action plans to a judging panel, followed by a pizza celebration and prize awards.
